What does Bootcamp involve?

My bootcamp follows a tried and tested format to ensure you get great weight-loss and toning results – With bootcamp you get an intensive cardio, strength and core workout in one session.

  • Warm up
  • Kettlebell exercises, jogging and sprinting intervals
  • Intensive Core workout (Pilates style)
  • Warm down and stretches
  • A Warning about Bootcamps

Unfortunately many bootcamps are set up by underqualified ‘fitness instructors’ due to a legal loophole which allows them to take a more advanced fitness class, rather than stick to choreographed classes and exercise demonstration. These instructors have limited knowledge of injuries, and how to prescribe suitable exercises for different fitness levels. Please ensure (whether you come to mine or not!) that:

  • Your coach is a fully qualified PERSONAL TRAINER
  • They are qualified in SPORTS INJURIES
  • They are a FULL TIME fitness professional
